Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This policy explains how TransCast handles information when you use TransCast.

Information we process

We process account details, authentication records, uploaded media, glossary entries, task output, billing status, support messages and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

Information is used to authenticate users, process translation jobs, deliver files, administer credits and subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse and improve reliability.

Service providers

The service may use Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Google for optional sign-in, Creem for billing, OpenRouter for translation, and RunPod-hosted ASR/TTS processing. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.

Storage and security

Account and task metadata are stored in Cloudflare services; media and generated files are stored in private object storage and accessed using time-limited links. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account or tasks require it and as needed for billing, security and legal obligations. You may request account or personal-data deletion by contacting us.

Your choices

You may update account details, manage billing through the customer portal, choose whether to use Google sign-in, and request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
