These terms govern your use of the TransCast service operated by TransCast. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Service
TransCast uses automated systems to translate, synthesize speech, compose video and generate subtitle files. AI output may contain errors and must be reviewed before publication or other important use.
Your content
You retain your rights in uploaded content and grant us the limited permission needed to process, store and deliver it. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload and translate the content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive activity, to impersonate others without permission, or to evade platform or copyright enforcement.
Credits and subscriptions
Tasks consume credits based on verified media duration. Subscription credits follow their billing period; top-up credits do not expire unless stated otherwise. Prices and renewal terms are shown before checkout, and billing is processed by Creem.
Availability and liability
Processing depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. We may suspend unsafe or abusive use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free output.
Changes and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change and will publish the revised date on this page.
